Small, but welcoming, premises with a warm atmosphere and a set meal that contains typical Aragonese dishes are the main characteristic of these establishments. But not the only one. Because this land offers us excellent quality raw material, which after being traditionally processed, is the basis for many of these dishes.
What better way to get our energy back after our morning walk than with a dish of organic pasta or pulses, with Empeltre variety extra virgin olive oil. And followed by roast lamb, accompanied by a glass of good red wine, which, with each sip, prepares our palate to enjoy the next mouthful. And for dessert?
