Going out for "tapas” to the region’s network of bars and restaurants provides the best opportunity to rest after a walk through our villages and enjoy interesting conversation with good friends whilst tasting a delicious aperitif, washed down with one of the wines from the region.
The specialities are spread out on the counters of the bars and they offer endless possibilities. The most successful are anchovies in brine and fried pork ear, a crisp and tasty morsel. Apart from these specialities, canapés with assorted flavours, prepared with local products, such as sausages, cheese or lamb; the typical pickles and prawns.
